Due to the nature of fashion and clothing products — and in line with hygiene and safety standards — we do not accept any returns or exchanges for items once purchased.

Please ensure you review your order carefully, including product size, color, and quantity, before completing your purchase.

💡 Exceptions

We only accept returns or offer refunds in the following rare cases:

  • You received a wrong item.

  • The item delivered was damaged or defective.

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photos and order details.

If your return request meets the exceptions listed above, the item must:

  • Be returned within 7 days of receiving our approval.

Items marked as gifts cannot be refunded in cash. If eligible, a store credit will be issued.
